A Note on Pace and Boundaries


Creative Recess is intentionally designed to move at a human pace.

I often think in terms of 9 to infinite – from the rhythms of a school day to the long arc of becoming. This work lives closer to the infinite.

Responses may take a little time. That’s not a lack of care – it’s part of how this work stays grounded and sustainable.

If your request is time-sensitive or transactional in nature, this may not be the right container.

Logistics

Sometimes you’ll find me coaching. Sometimes creating. Sometimes staring at clouds and calling it research.

I’m usually based in Northern Kentucky, and regularly between Cincinnati, Lexington, and Louisville — my everyday triangle of possibility.

Further travel — by car, plane, or someday train or teleporter — can usually be arranged for coaching, workshops, or collaborations. The point isn’t where we meet; it’s how we move.

Office Hours

Creative Recess is built for flexible motion, trading the corporate calendar for curiosity’s clock.

The rhythm of my work tends to live around 10 a.m.–3 p.m. Eastern (USA & Canada) — flexible, alive, and guided by curiosity rather than clock.

These office hours are designed for real connection: short conversations, big ideas, and the occasional recess-style wander.
