I’m Dr. KP Williams (he/they) — an independent Professor of Possibility, schol-artist, drag storyteller, and founder of Creative Recess.
I believe leadership is ecological, creativity is liberatory, and story is how we compost the past into something spacious and true.
My work blends coaching, creativity, identity, civic imagination, and a little mischief — all in service of your becoming.
