It’s time for Recess: Launch Day Reflections ⏰🚀💬
Today marks a milestone I’ve been building toward for months. After moving back home to Northern Kentucky six weeks ago, I gave myself space to acclimate, reconnect, and imagine what’s next. Now, with the start of September, the crisp energy of fall in the air, and the momentum of a new school year, I’m ready to officially launch Creative Recess Coaching & Consulting, LLC!
Creative Recess has been in a “soft-launch” for a while. I’ve been testing ideas, sketching programs, and laying the foundation. But today feels like the right moment to step forward and share it with the world.
The timing is poetic:
- A new month that begins on a Monday.
- A season of change and possibility.
- And today, I am honored to be featured in the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s Member of the Day spotlight. (Thank you, NKY Chamber, for welcoming me into this incredible community!)
Creative Recess exists because I believe leadership, creativity, and community don’t have to be rigid or exclusive. They can be playful, inclusive, and transformative. My framework — the Possibility Quotient (PQ) — is grounded in four pillars:
- Curiosity: Leadership begins with inquiry.
- Clarity: Vision and values guide the way.
- Creativity: Experimentation fuels growth.
- Community: Real change happens together.
This is the work I’m offering to individuals, teams, and communities here in Kentucky — and beyond. While I haven’t quite reached my subscriber goal yet, I am more committed than ever to sharing my thoughts and building the Creative Recess community.
